Meet Sunova’s Help HQ

For the days you don’t want to face -45 wind chill; for the days you’re juggling hockey practice with ballet classes and squeezing in time to pick up groceries; for the days your car breaks down right as you’re going to do errands Sunova’s Help HQ is here.
While we can’t take your kids to their practices and pick up your groceries for you, we can make it a little easier to get your banking done. This is why we’ve created our very own contact centre called Help HQ, to be here in more ways for you.
Our Help HQ contact centre is made up of some pretty awesome people (many may be familiar faces!). They know the ins and outs of Sunova products and services and are ready to help you Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm and Saturdays, 8 am – 4 pm.
You can give them a call or start up an online chat session to set up a loan, start a reoccurring transfer, or take advantage of our latest rate special (we have one on now!). You can even send them a quick text to ask about your account balance.
You may find that Help HQ picks up when you’re trying to call your branch. That’s because they receive calls from our branches when they are too busy to pick up the phone. We take pride in the fact that actual humans answer our calls during business hours. You’re not going to encounter a long menu system or an automated machine. If you would like to still talk to you branch, Help HQ can transfer you back to them.
