A safer and easier send-off – with Interac e-Transfer® + Autodeposit

We’re excited to introduce Autodeposit, a safe and easy way to send and receive e-Transfers without having to answer a security question. It gives you peace of mind knowing someone can’t intercept the transfer and guess the answer to your question.

 

Setting up Autodeposit is pretty simple.

 

  1. Log in to your Sunova GO and navigate to your Interac e-Transfer® settings and select Autodeposit
  2. Register your email address to your account. Any transfers to the registered email address will be automatically deposited into the account (like magic!).
  3. You will receive an email to confirm your registration. Check your inbox and click “complete registration”.

Plus, you can easily request funds from people who owe you money (kind of like a reverse e-Transfer). Send a request and if they accept, the money will be automatically deposited into your account. Easy!
