Voting in our board election has now closed. Keep reading to learn more about our Annual General Meeting.

Notice of AGM

 

The Annual General Meeting of Sunova Credit Union Limited will be by telephone conference at 7:00 pm on April 29, 2021. Members must contact Sunova Help HQ no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 23 at 1.833.378.6682 to pre-register for the meeting and to receive the call-in information.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  1. Receive and consider the annual report;
  2. Receive and consider the financial statements and report of the auditors;
  3. Appoint auditors;
  4. To announce election results and;
  5. Transact such other business, including Special Business, as may properly come before the meeting or an adjournment thereof.
