September Statements Delayed Until October 13

Production of September statements has been delayed for all Access CU and legacy Sunova CU members. Your September e-Statement will be available in online banking by Friday, October 13. Printed and mailed statements will be received week of October 16.  

We apologize for the delay and are working with our partners to minimize any further disruption. 
To review your transaction history: 
  • Use online banking to review your transactions for September*.
    • You can specify a date range and even filter by transaction type.
  • Visit any branch and request a printed copy of your transactions and cheque images.
Your October statement, delivered in November, will resume its regular schedule.  

*If you are a legacy Sunova member: 
  • Your final Sunova CU statement for the period of September 1-22 is already available in your online banking profile.
  • Your first Access CU statement for the remainder of September 23-30 will be available by Friday, October 13 as noted above.
  • The past seven years of historical statements will be available in online banking by the end of October 2023.
