Face masks mandatory at all Sunova branches starting August 17

With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases here in Manitoba, we are reminded that this virus is still here and active in our communities. In an effort to keep you, our members, and our staff safe and healthy, starting August 17 face masks will be mandatory for everyone within our branches and offices.


You are welcome to bring your own face covering with you when you come to a branch. We will also have a supply of disposable masks available if needed.


In addition to mandatory face masks, we’re asking everyone to sanitize their hands upon entering a branch and to practice social distancing (keep 6 feet in between you and another person).


Alternative banking options


If you are unable to visit or are uncomfortable with coming to a branch, we are still here for you. We can help with almost anything online, by email, or over the phone. If you need assistance with a loan or mortgage please connect with one of our lenders. For all other services, please call your local branch or contact Help HQ.


ATMs and night depositories

ATMs and secure night depositories are available at all of our locations. For more information on night deposits or to sign up, please call your local branch.


Online banking

Our app or online banking platform, Sunova GO Web, continues to be an option for members. If you have not yet signed up, please call your local branch or Help HQ.
