Have you received an unexpected Interac e-Transfer® notification? Here’s what you need to know.

 

In the past few days, some members have received a text message or email stating ‘INTERAC TRANSFER RECEIVED’, but they weren’t expecting a transfer.

 

If you’re unsure about any notification, confirm with the sender via another channel (like a phone call). If the text message or email comes from a sender you do not recognize, or you expect it to be fraudulent, don’t respond or click any links, and forward the message to phishing@interac.ca or contact Sunova.
