
Help HQ calls now recorded

For training and quality assurance purposes, all inbound and outbound calls to Sunova’s virtual contact centre, Help HQ, will be recorded, provided consent from you, the member, is given.
If you do not wish to have your call recorded, you may make an appointment at your local branch or use online banking to complete your transactions.
All recording data will be kept in our systems for six months. Under CASL regulations you do have the right to access a record of your call. Just submit a request in writing to Sunova’s privacy officer and they’ll help you out in no time.
