Here is a brief overview of some of the different positions available at Sunova.
Working in the branch
Member service representative (MSR)
As a member service representative, you are focused on building relationships and providing exceptional service experiences to make every encounter with Sunova an awesome one. In addition to completing daily transactions accurately and efficiently, you are also responsible for recognizing a member’s potential service needs, recommending products or solutions and, if necessary, referring members to a lending associate for further assistance.
The lending associate role focuses on business development by offering a comprehensive lending experience for your members. The best part about this job is you get to help people achieve their financial goals whether it’s buying their first cars, buying a new home, or taking that dream vacation.
An associate is a ‘jack of all trades’, a unique fusion of three traditional banking roles: receptionist, member service representative, and lending associate. It’s a unique role that lets you provide a seamless financial service experience for your members, from account transactions to lending needs.
The managing partner accepts the role of branch owner and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery. Think of this role as the captain of the ship, steering the crew in the right direction and ensuring a successful journey.
Working at corporate office
This is a number cruncher’s dream job. The accounting administrator provides support to all branches and branch staff on a daily basis with the processing and accurate balancing of all accounting duties. You are responsible for ensuring that all transactions are handled in a timely, professional manner.
