sunova is always online

At Sunova, we recognize the pressure facing our members today. Between work, family, and other commitments, we understand you may not have time to complete your routine financial transactions during the day. To help our members with this balancing act, we offer Sunova GO Web, a secure internet banking site.

Sunova GO Web features:

  • Account information at a glance.
  • Pay your household and personal bills.
  • Transfer funds between your own accounts, or to anyone in Canada with Interact e-Transfer®.
  • Link your Sunova account to an account you have at another financial institution to securely transfer funds (a 6-day hold applies).
  • View detailed transaction history.
  • Create or modify stop payments for your account.
  • Create or modify automatic transactions for your account.
  • Download portions of your statement information to your accounting software.
  • Access your monthly statement(s) online.
  • For added security, Sunova GO Web will email you every time you log in to access your account
  • And much more!

Safe and secure

To better protect your online banking information, Sunova GO Web and Sunova GO (the app) utilize a feature called two-step verification. What is two-step verification?

Two-step verification provides added security and protects information, like banking, account, and other personal information, by asking security questions or sending one-time passcodes (either by email or text) as part of the login process when logging into your account from an unfamiliar device or browser.

This confirms it’s really YOU (the owner) accessing the account.

When logging on to Sunova GO or Sunova GO Web, you will be asked for your member number and password, along with the ‘second step’ which could include answering the security questions or inputting the one-time passcode received via email or text.

On September 28, 2020, the enabling of two-step verification became mandatory for accessing Sunova GO Web (desktop) and Sunova GO (app). If you haven’t already enabled and can’t log in to online banking, please reach out to our Help HQ team who can get you set up. After it is enabled, make sure to contact your local branch to re-instate Interac e-Transfers®.

Please note that your answers to the security questions are case-sensitive.
