Getting started with Sunova by Phone is easy. Simply visit your local Sunova branch and ask to be set up with Sunova by Phone access. You will be given a personal access code which, along with your member number and a touchtone phone, will allow you to access your accounts over the telephone. To access Sunova by Phone, please call: 1.888.4SUNOVA (1.888.478.6682). Once you’ve connected to the system, just follow the prompts to access your account information.
