When you rent a traditional safe deposit box, you will select the size of box you need and sign a lease indicating who may access the box. You will be given two special keys that cannot be duplicated; these are the only two keys that will open your safe deposit box. We recommend that you carry one key with you and store the other in a safe location.

To access your safe deposit box, you will require one of your keys. You must sign in each time you access your safe deposit box, and only the people designated in your lease agreement may do so.

If you lose one of your keys, let us know as soon as possible. Remember, you are not able to duplicate your keys, but we can. If you lose both keys, the box must be drilled and the lock replaced.
