This site includes links to other websites not controlled by Sunova. This privacy statement does not cover how websites we link to process personal information. You should read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit.

Online contact and quote forms

On this website, we have a few online contact forms to help you get in touch with a branch or to request donations. The personal information you provide on these forms will only be used for the purpose the form was intended for. For example, if you ask a question on the contact form, we will only use your contact information to get you a reply.

Emails

If you provided your email to Sunova, we will only use it to contact you in connection to the purpose you provided it for. For example, if you contact us through an online contact form, we may use your email to reply to you.

If you are a member of Sunova, you may have given your email address to us. As a member, we may send you our monthly e-newsletter, product promotions and updates, and important company updates (like our board election notices).

All our emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom and comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation. You can also update which email list you are a part of from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails. If you would rather, you may also contact your branch and asked to be unsubscribed from marketing emails.  Please note, it may take up to 10 business days to be fully unsubscribed from emails.
