Some of our hours have changed

Starting December 28, our branch hours are changing for all three of our Winnipeg branches and our Selkirk branch, which includes closing on Sundays and reduced evening hours. This was a tough decision, but due to changing service needs, we decided it was the best choice.

Being there for you is very important to us, and we still wanted to offer service seven days a week in some way. So, our virtual contact centre, Help HQ, will be open Monday – Sunday for service over the phone and online.

The last Sunday our branches will be open is December 27. Please keep in mind, our branches are still closed to walk-in traffic and in-person service is available as needed by appointment.

Our new hours are as follows:

Selkirk branch

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Sunday: Closed

Riverbend, Leila, and St. Mary’s branches

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Sunday: Closed

Help HQ

To better serve our members, Help HQ will be open seven days a week.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
