Financial Calculators

How much do you need to save? What can you afford? Our calculators can help you work out the details of your financial plan to help achieve your goals.

A key component of ongoing financial success is the ability to project future needs for costs and savings so you may plan accordingly and set a realistic budget that allows you to live the life you want and fulfill the future you deserve. Our financial calculators will help you with this.

Member Awareness Resources

As a financial co-operative, our members and their financial well-being represent the most important part of our business.

In order to serve our members better, we often inform them of pressing issues or concerns that may be of interest to them or have a material impact on their daily lives—whether that relates to finances, fraud, or potential criminal activity.

Below are several useful resources from Access Credit Union, our partners, or government organizations intended to help you prepare for relevant issues in our quickly evolving financial world.

Financial Literacy & Security Advice

Financial Literacy
We are committed to strengthening the communities in which we work, live, and play by providing strong financial literacy resources to our membership.

We have partnered with Each One Teach One to provide a variety of financial literacy workshops which empower employees and members of the community to make good financial decisions. It also supports two of the international Co-operative Principles: education and concern for community.

Cyber & Financial Security
Online banking makes managing your finances easy and convenient. However, there are measures you should take, and best practices you should follow, whenever you go online to access your accounts. Because your online security is our priority, we have compiled suggestions and tips for safe browsing to help you avoid falling victim to Internet threats.

Senior citizens can unfortunately be the targets of fraud often because of their trusting nature and generosity. They may also be impaired in some way, perhaps suffering from Alzheimer’s, and more prone to giving away money than they would have in their sharper years. Whatever the reason, senior fraud is alive and well in this country. But there is something you can do about it.

Identity Theft Protection
A rapidly growing form of Internet fraud is a practice known as “PHISHING.” This fraud can lead to financial loss, identity theft and loss of confidence in any institution whose site has been “PHISHED.”

How does it work?
Online thieves send out e-mails that appear to originate from legitimate companies. The e-mail messages direct victims to fraudulent look-alike websites, where the victim is asked to enter personal and financial information.
